One Great Year. Fully Lived

You did the thing. Built the life. Checked many boxes.
Now… you feel something’s off.

“Like a gap year for grownups - without dropping out of life.” A breakthrough year. New faces. Real learnings. Stories I’ll tell forever. I felt like a kid again - full, recharged, alive."

An Uncommon Year

Most people who find us are between 35 and 55. They’ve done well in life. They’re curious. Some just closed an important chapter and want to mark it.

Others feel like life is… buffering - like they’re in between chapters they haven’t yet named.

We invite them to honor that feeling. To use it as fuel for something new. A mix of celebration, self-awareness, and deep reset.

A year to tell stories about forever. More honest. More alive. More you.

Got questions?

Can I join just one part, like the challenges?

Not at the moment. Starting in September 2025, we’ll make some of our services (like the challenges) available for those who want to integrate them independently into their own rhythm.

→ [Join the waiting list here]

Do I have to wait until the end of the year to start?

Not at all. Moments like your birthday or the start of a new year can give you an extra boost - but you can start anytime. (Just see it as a full year, from whenever you begin.)

Do I need to know what I want from my year?

No - that’s exactly the point of the Dharma Call: to help you explore that with clarity.

Even people who think they already know often discover new possibilities when mapping the year with us. (Starting in September 2025, you’ll be able to choose specific services - but until then, it always begins with this conversation.)

What happens on the Dharma Call?

We’ll ask a few thoughtful questions, help you map where you are, what’s next, and what could truly shift for you. If it feels like a fit - great. If not, you’ll still walk away with more clarity - and probably some solid answers.

What are your experiences like - and where do they happen?

They take place in Asia and Portugal, and they’re designed around a specific set of emotions - lived either solo or in a small group (usually between 11 and 14 people).

Each one is built like a chapter of life, lived with intention - designed to leave a real mark. Never the same. Never repeatable.

Imagine:

➤ Nine days in a solo adventure through Indonesia (Or Portugal), with (seemingly) just a few scheduled encounters along the way. That exhilarating “leap into the unknown” - but with an invisible safety net and narrative crafted around you.

➤ A week aboard a “lost” boat drifting between Indonesian islands, no fixed destination. A creative group on deck, deep conversations, good silences, and moments that - at the next family dinner - no one will believe actually happened.

Everything is custom-made for that specific year. And even when the destination might sound “familiar” (like Bali), because of our deep connection with the places - and with what you share with us - the experience isn’t.

These experiences can’t be copied, don’t exist in any catalogue, and won’t ever happen the same way again.

What are your 21-Day Challenges about?

They focus on current, practical topics: Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, Health & Nutrition, Mindset & Personal Growth, Finance, Economics, Career, Relationships, Motivation, Psychology, Investments...

Without judgment or fluff, our team explores the most recommended courses, programs, and masterminds - applies the insights - and shares them as actionable, real-world challenges.

→ Each challenge includes 21 micro-actions

→ Takes less than 5 minutes a day

→ Designed to move you, not just entertain you.

Everything is delivered in a creative way, while giving credit to where we learned it. Teaching is made by our mascot (think Duolingo-style) to avoid creating "more gurus”.

What are Agile workshops?

Agile is a methodology made popular by innovation teams in companies like Google, Spotify, and IDEO.

It was designed to help teams connect in a positive, structured way, review progress, adjust strategy, and stay focused on what truly matters.

At Dharma5, we adapted these practices to real life - and we run a version of the Sailboat Retrospective to make sure your year goes far beyond loose intentions or forgotten New Year’s resolutions.

Every quarter, we host a live workshop with a clear goal: to create a participatory, practical space with positive accountability for your dreams.

Together, we reflect on:

→ What went well?

→ What didn’t go so well?

→ What do you want to adjust or explore?

→ And what solutions might move you forward in the next 3 months?

It’s a way to keep your intention alive, stay connected with others who care about how they live - and avoid dropping the mindset and actions you promised yourself at the start of the year.

Note: The answers come from the group. It’s not something theoretical. And it’s not coaching.

You can see an example of a Sailboat Retrospective [here] (ours is slightly adapted).
